Krish is completely fluent in English and extremely knowledgeable about Sri Lankan history and culture. He organised an elephant safari for us for much less than the hotel would have charged us. Strongly recommend Krish and we look forward to travelling with him again when we return to Sri Lanka.

Krish put together a fun, interesting, educational, and amazing tour for me, and just as importantly, tailored it around my interests. I mentioned that I was interested in ancient ruins and relics and he arranged for me to visit a number of them in the central region Sri Lanka.

    On top of this, Krish was extremely flexible - even on the morning that he picked me up, I mentioned that I wanted to do things a bit differently than the original plan and he was accommodative. He told me that he was up for whatever I wanted to do, which was a huge relief. Having traveled in South Asia extensively, I am used to tour guides who push certain things on you or insist on doing things a certain way. But not Krish. He really takes it to heart that the desires of the customer come first.

    Beyond all this, Krish was extremely knowledgeable about Sri Lanka and full of information and background. From history to Bhuddism to culture and cuisine, I feel like I got a great lesson on all things Sri Lanka. He patiently answered all my questions and took time to explain things that would help me understand what I was seeing. And he did it all in a courteous and respectful manner quite befitting of his profession.

    All in all, I feel quite lucky to have gotten a tour from Krish. It was a joy to travel with him and the price was extremely reasonable. If I return to Sri Lanka, I would hire him again in a flash. In fact, I would even recommend him to anyone that is visiting.

He is a very competent driver and the car was very comfortable with good air conditioning. The price is very competitive. He gave us advice on the best places to visit in Sri Lanka and even after our trip he was happy to answer questions we had via email/WhatsApp.
    Can't recommend more!

One of the things my husband and I cannot stand is being brought into shops and detours to tourist heavy destinations. Krish did nothing of the sort...he reviewed the itinerary I sent to him and made a few suggestions about other sights to see, but it was only because he thought we might be interested. Honestly I cannot recommend Krish enough - I would never have learned so much or saw so much of the culture in Sri Lanka were it not for him. I recommended Krish to my friends who were travelling to Sri Lanka after us and they also booked him for a few days, and absolutely loved him. Krish also made sure there was never any hassle with getting into tourist sights. If you are going to Sri Lanka and need to hire someone to take you around, and who is a really safe and careful driver, please do yourselves a favour and book Krish. He is an incredible person, and will look after you like you are family. I honestly cannot say any better than that!

In the booking... read more process, Krish would always respond quickly through WhatsApp and answer any questions which was great. I booked most of the hotels and Krish also booked one and gave some great recommendations.

    Krish’s car is really comfortable for travelling and he is a great driver. We always felt safe and in good hands. He is full of passion and knowledge about his country and we often stopped at roadside places to sample certain food delicacies which were sourced and created locally. All of this just made the trip so personal and tailored to you.

    He has a good sense of humour and is always focused on you and making sure the visit goes well. En route he explained a lot of cultural customs of Sri Lanka which really enhanced our knowledge of the place and its history.

    Krish also loves photography and he took some wonderful photos of our family and then shared them to my phone. He has an amazing camera and is skilled so the pictures look really professional. So if you love holiday photos and photography, Krish is your guy.

    We also found the rates he charged were so reasonable, he offers fantastic value for money.

    So in short, a wonderful trip and Krish was such a big part of making our holiday so enjoyable and interesting. Visit Sri Lanka and contact Krish, he is amazing. Thanks for everything.

    Nalaka took us everywhere and showed us some hidden gems that only locals would know about. He also made sure to speak to his friends at some attractions to get us some special perks, which was great!
    He was very helpful and attentive, always happy and cheerful, and a great driver as well.

What a wonderful experience we had from our initial trip... read more planning to actually completing our itinerary smoothly without any incidents. Krish has years of experience as a guide, speaks fluent English , a wealth of historical and cultural knowledge of his country, and along with his enthusiasm, patience and attention to details help made this trip one of my most memorable one. Besides being a safe driver, he always keep his late model Toyota clean and neat by washing it almost every day. During our 13 days, we covered 7 out of 8 UNESCO sites in Sri Lanka. Krish accompanied us everywhere and even in the extreme hot weather, he led us to the top of Lion’s Rock in Sigiriya, strolled along side with us through the ancient cities of Anuradhapura and Polonnaruwa. At each stop, Krish would go through explaining the history and patiently answer all the questions we had. When it’s break time, he introduced a local refreshing orange drink to us which we liked so much that we looked for it every chance we got. A visit to a new place won’t be complete without trying out local food. I was most pleased with his trips to the local fish markets to get us fresh lobsters and crabs and other seafood, expertly prepared by his local connections, thus allowing us to enjoy delicious unequaled Sri Lanka seafood meals! All in all, we are extremely fortunate and happy to have Krish, and we highly recommend his tour to anyone who is planning a Sri Lanka visit. We cherished the time we spent together, and we look forward to seeing him someday soon! Thank you again Krish for your hospitality!!
